Yoga

We offer all-levels classes that include poses and breathing exercises accessible to everybody.  Yoga has numerous evidence based physical and mental health benefits. As an added in-office benefit, yoga can help relieve aches and pains that result from prolonged, uninterrupted sitting.

Chair Stretching

Gentle movement, stretching and breathing exercises that are accessible to all, and don’t require a change of clothes. You’ll feel restored, relaxed, focused and ready to take on the day.
