I first happened upon yoga in 2006 and from the first deep inhalation, I was hooked. Since then, I received my 200 hr and advanced 300 hr certifications from Pure Yoga. I am a Yoga Alliance 500 hr E-RYT (experienced registered yoga teacher), with over 300 hours of training in Yoga Therapy. I use many principles from these trainings and extensive trainings in Klein/Mahler Technique, Modern Dance, and Improvisation Dance and infuse them into my Yoga Class. My class is both alignment and breath oriented with an emphasis on the connection between mind and body through these two principles. Most importantly, I provide a safe environment for my students; one where they can work hard, relax, have fun and appreciate their own bodies.
