Chair Stretching
30 minutes
Simple stretches from your desk that release areas of tension, ground the mind, and carry a sense of ease through the day. This class is accessible to all and can be performed seated at your desk.
No activewear necessary, allowing easeful transition to and from the rest of your workday.
Neck + Shoulder Relief
30 minutes
With smartphone usage and long workdays at the computer, we must be proactive about counteracting forward head posture, which can wreak havoc on our neck and shoulders.
This class teaches best postural practices and targeted chair stretches to relieve tension in the neck and shoulders.
Mindful Movement + Breathwork
30 minutes
A rejuvenating session designed to reduce stress, improve focus, and boost overall well-being. Through guided breathwork and gentle movement, employees will release tension, reset their nervous systems, and return to work feeling more grounded, energized, and present.
